PILATES CIRCUIT CEC COURSE (3 CECs)

In this workshop, participants will learn how to teach a circuit class – a great way to up your attendance, utilize a smaller space more effectively and increase revenue, while also challenging clients and yourself as a teacher! This class will add variation and new choreography while elevating the heart rate, increasing endurance and building coordination and focus to your Pilates routine. Students will learn exercises and variations for all levels and abilities, and develop skills to incorporate the circuit work effectively into any studio setting. Discussion includes choreography and class samples using the Reformer with Jump Board, Pilates Mat (with foam roller) and Pilates Chair with all proper modifications and variations.

CHELSEA STREIFENEDER is a Pilates teacher, writer, speaker and proud business owner of Body Be Well Pilates in Red Hook and Catskill, NY. Chelsea is a Pilates Method Alliance® Certified Pilates Teacher and holds a B.A. in Writing and Dance from Bard College. Chelsea became a Pilates believer by experiencing it transform her own body. This transformation fueled her desire to learn and share this method with others.
