Whitney believes that regardless of physical ability, yoga can be enormously beneficial to anyone and enjoys helping students become more peaceful and present through using their breath to calm their mind through difficult mental and physical situations. She has a strong belief that if you can breathe calmly and find stillness in a strenuous pose, you can apply that same philosophy to create calmness through difficult situations in life.

Whitney is trained in Hatha-based Vinyasa yoga and completed the Johnny Kest Yoga Teacher Training Program in 2013.
