Stephanie Anderson is a movement specialist with experience and knowledge in Pilates, Dance, and Strength Training. She has been an instructor since 2012, with most of her experience in Chicago and New York City. Some of her credentials include Level 2 STOTT PILATES Instructor, PTA Global Certified Personal Trainer, and a Certification in Applied Functional Science from the Gray Institute. She is excited to get to know the MOVE Wellness community, and bring you all challenging and fun Pilates sessions. Stephanie has a passion for movement and the positive changes it can bring to your body. Her sessions are physical yet insightful. You will feel the work and also hear a bit on the how and the why behind the exercises. She can’t wait to move with you!
