Shannon received her Yoga Alliance RYT 200 certificate from Namaste in Royal Oak, MI in 2005. Since then she has taught gentle breath-based classes locally for close to 10 years. Her classes are restorative with an emphasis on the breath guiding the movement. Her classes also work to strengthen the back and increase flexibility. Her commitment to wellness and holistic living continues to evolve through classes, workshops, inspirational reading and most importantly through practice.
