Kristin currently works as a special education teacher with over 20 years of experience teaching children with learning disabilities. Helping others reach their full potential is an integral part of her professional life.
Outside of her teaching career, exercise has always been a part of her daily activities. Kristin added Pilates to her fitness program after her second child was born and after experiencing several injuries. Kristin immediately realized the benefits of Pilates and strength training, and believes Pilates to be a perfect complement to any fitness routine. Lengthening and strengthening muscles, gaining core strength, and learning better physical awareness have helped her maintain an active lifestyle.
After years of personal practice, Kristin decided to further her knowledge and began the comprehensive teacher training courses in STOTT Pilates. She plans to take the STOTT Pilates certification exam in the summer of 2017 for Level 1 Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrel Pilates.
Kristin enjoys working with people and wants to help others reach personal fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
