Yoga Instructor & Apprentice Trainer

Movement has been an integral part of Colleen’s life for as long back as she can remember. It wasn’t until she became a Physical Training Leader while serving in the Air Force in 2003 that she realized bringing movement and healing to others was her path. She studied Exercise Science at Oakland Community College for four years to better educate herself on how the body moves and functions at the cellular as well as the superficial levels.

Colleen’s love of movement runs deep, and she doesn’t believe there is only one path to health & wellness. In addition to being a 200 hour certified yoga instructor, Colleen is currently working towards becoming a certified Pilates instructor here at MOVE Wellness Studios. To all her classes, she brings a fun and playful energy while keeping her students engaged and sweetly challenged. She loves working with folks at all fitness levels whether it be in a group class or a private session.
