Duets and small group sessions offer the benefits of a more personalized experience for those who prefer not to join a large group or to workout in a one-on-one session.

This is fun and friendly fitness at its best – you’ll make new, like-minded friends, you’ll be in a vibrant inspiring atmosphere yet you’ll be assured that your instructor has plenty of time to devote to making sure you’re exercising correctly.

Small group and duet classes are perfect for you if you are looking for:

  • a fun and intimate environment where you’ll get to know everyone
  • enhanced attention from your instructor
  • a chance to master the moves before joining a larger class

If you think that a small group fitness class or even exercising in a pair is the ideal way to work out for you why not get in touch. Note that there is a minimum of 4 people – and a max of 12 – needed to make up a small group.
