Why Membership?

We have a chosen a membership model because we have seen that when clients come to MOVE consistently and frequently, we are able to help them reach their goals most efficiently, effectively, and safely. We know that by committing to a regular movement program, we can help you stay accountable while providing the resources you need to be successful. 

MOVE Members also have a Wellness Concierge who helps them plan and maintain their program. This includes help with scheduling private sessions and classes, as well as keeping an eye on your account. AT MOVE, we work hard to make sure that you use all the sessions that you pay for and that you have someone at the studio keeping an eye on the management of your account. Become a MOVE Private Training Member

Being a MOVE Private Training Member helps keep you accountable in your workout. Just choose how often you’d like to come in (1, 2, 3 times/week) and we will set you up on our monthly billing program. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, it goes back to your MOVE account for you to use at a later date. *Drop-In Rates are available.

Become a MOVE Class Member

 

Small Group Training

Being a MOVE Small Group Training Member helps keep you accountable in your workout. Just choose how often you’d like to come in (1, 2, 3 times/week) and we will set you up on our monthly billing program. *Drop-In Rates are available.

Small Group Training includes our Pilates and GYROKINESIS classes. We have space for six clients in each class. All classes are mixed equipment and leveled to help start you in the right class and MOVE you through the full scope of the Pilates and GYROKINESIS repertoire. Our Trainers and Concierge Team will help work one-on-one with you to create your custom class schedule and keep you moving confidently and comfortably through your fitness journey.

Group Fitness Classes

We also offer Group Fitness Classes which include any Yoga, Barre, and Fascial Movement class. These classes can supplement your Small Group Training or be your primary class focus at MOVE. We do not offer memberships for Group Fitness classes, however, Private Training Members and Small Group Training Members receive special pricing for Group Fitness classes. Clients can also purchase packages for Group Fitness classes.
