Laura Tyson


Laura is a lifelong athlete and dancer who has been teaching a diverse set of fitness experiences for more than 20 years. As a gymnast and outdoor enthusiast, she celebrates anything that encourages movement and helps people stay active throughout their lives. Her professional fitness instructor training includes Zumba, kickboxing, Barre Above and a personal trainer certification with the American College of Sports Medicine. A fun fact about Laura’s rich athletic history: She placed second in the Women’s National Collegiate Powerlifting Championship in 1987! Laura teaches classes and offers private training at MOVE and loves helping people stay mobile and build strength in a supportive environment.
