What are your rates?

I purchased a package, do they expire?
Your personal training package expires one year from the date of purchase, and your group class package expires six months from the date of purchase, except where noted.
Small group private sessions are for consecutive classes and cannot be applied to other classes except where noted. Sessions are non-transferrable.
How do I get started?

There are all kinds of variables that can help determine which movement system would be best for you-it might even be a combination of both! We’re happy to talk with you about your goals and preferences in order to help steer you down a path that works for you, so please don’t hesitate to contact us with your specific questions.
How long is a session and what should I wear?
Group classes and private sessions are each 55 minutes. We do offer
Can I work out on the equipment by myself?
Yes. Once you’ve reached a point in your practice where you are able to use the equipment comfortably and safely without an instructor present, MOVE Wellness Studios offers the option of doing independent workouts to supplement your Pilates or Gyrotonic practice. Independent workouts are $25/hour. Please contact us to schedule your independent practice.
What is MOVE Wellness Studios’s cancellation policy?
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your session or class reservation. This allows us to effectively maximize our instructors’ time and keep the studios running smoothly. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full cost of the session or class.
I would like to take a group class. Can I just show up, or do I need to register online?
Group classes have a capacity of 10-15 people, so space is limited. We require all participants to either register online or by phone at 734.761.2306. Drop-ins are on a space available basis only.
My budget is limited, but I am interested in private sessions. What are my options?
In addition to group classes, we offer private sessions with apprentice trainers in both Pilates and Gyrotonic methods. The apprentice trainers start at $30/session. Please contact us for more information and apprentice trainer availability.

Is there parking available at the Westside and State Street studios?
The Westside studio has a large parking lot. At State Street, we share the lot with other businesses. Please park in spots labeled
