Sara Atwell

Sara has had a passion for health and wellbeing her entire life. She loves to move; dancing and athletics have been a part of her life since she was a small child. As a professional nurse, she brings her knowledge of holistic health to the mat. She believes that the integration of body alignment, combined with mental and spiritual awareness, and a practice of personal exploration is the key to a healthy mind and body.

She completed the MOVE Pilates Instructor Training Program in the spring of 2022. Sara is also a certified Yoga instructor (RYT 200, 300) since 2016. She practices Pilates, the Gyrotonic Expansion System and all forms of yoga; including Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin.
