Thie, DPT, PT  to unravel how to shop for shoes for your feet and Elaine Economou, PMA CPT for some simple exercises that you can do to keep your feet mobile and strong.

MOVE Fitness & Wellness is bringing it’s training expertise to Probility Brighton. Join us for a 6-week Pilates mat class that serves as an introduction to Pilates where you will learn movement principles that will keep you safe in fitness and in life. You’ll also apply these basic principles to warm up exercises to mobilize your spine, connect to your “core” and keep you balanced and strong. Using these, your workouts will stay safe and support a balanced posture and strong body.
