MOVE is thrilled to announce our 2018 Fitness & Wellness Retreat, a return to the historic and stunning Hacienda Las Trancas Historic Hacienda and Spa, a private boutique hotel away from crowds in the tranquil and temperate central mountains of Mexico.
Join your MOVE hosts, for 5 blissful days designed to help you reflect, reset and rejuvenate. During this experiential retreat, you will immerse yourself in a beautiful, luxurious setting to reflect and discover your passions, values and talents; restore and renew your energy; challenge your fitness and most of all...focus on yourself. You’ll bring out your best self through personal reflection and discovery while rejuvenating your body and soul.
This retreat has helped shape my entire year into taking better care of myself, and being mindful of my needs and desires. ~ Colleen, 2016
In addition to our interactive and insightful workshops, you’ll also have the opportunity to make your fitness a priority each day with classes including Pilates mat, GYROKINESIS®, Yoga and hiking the beautiful desert mesa. And of course, there will be plenty of time to relax, take advantage of the on-site spa, go horseback riding and visit local sites. Though you won’t want to leave, you’ll return home inspired and renewed, just like our 2016 retreat guests. Click here to read what Colleen shared as the Top 5 Reasons to Retreat with MOVE in Mexico.
